> Our activities in Schools
At first, "J’aime ma Planete" primarily chose to target children. Indeed, we believe that respectful behaviors regarding the environment should be taught at a very young age. Subsequently these behaviors become reflexes and become self-evident. The adult role- model around them is obviously also essential in the acquisition of good habits. |
 |
With this in mind, a program targeting the Primary School called "The School Challenge for the Earth" was crafted. It is currently being undertaken and/or in preparation in different schools.
This program is proposed to all Primary schools in Geneva that wish to further enhance the protection of the environment into their curriculum and wish to develop a long term approach. |

During the school year, the school that takes up to the "Challenge" will undertake a full range of awareness-building activities and animations on the proposed themes such as: respect, ecological footprint, waste, climate, energy, water…
The study of these themes is, as much as possible, integrated into the class curriculum. Training tools, visits and animations proposed by all our partners on this project further enrich the program. |
A chart of Eco-Actions developed by the children is the result of this School Project, it portrays a collection of personal and collective commitments.
