WWF, for a living planet

The WWF Switzerland offers an active collaboration to this project by providing, at the beginning of the program, a training designed for teachers on the knowledge of ecological footprint. This training allows teachers to be accustomed to this notion, to discover the educational tools necessary for a class animation and to follow specific actions steps to reduce the ecological impact of their class and their school as a whole.
WWF also makes available to schools an interactive exhibit on climate changes.
For the school Year 2008-2009, it will also be possible to take advantage of the Pandamobile’, the traveling exhibit on the theme of biodiversity called “Nature at the Peak” (summit)

Terrawatt association

 Terrawatt proposes to carry out with students an “Energy Operation”, a mini-audit of the school’s buildings. The objective is to identify and propose concrete measures to reduce the school energy consumption. The Association also proposes to build mini-solar powered cars to build awareness on the energies of tomorrow and to foster creativity.

SIG

SIG proposes activates in the classrooms and visits around the themes of energy and Water.

Défi d’Avenir, Eco21

Defi d’Avenir, Eco 21 participates in the SIG activities by co-financing the animations proposed by Terrawatt. It is a member of the SIG network that invites all of us to consume less energy, in amore efficient fashion and to reduce our carbon footprint.

Le Respect

The association “Le Respect, ça change la vie” helps us to build awareness on the theme of respect.

Le reseau-ecoles de sensibilisation à la gestion des déchets

This association teaches in classrooms, on the theme of waste, offering tailored activities by age group (4 to 12 years).
